Operational Systems Control (SYSCON)
Technical Control (TECHCON)
Communications Control (COMMCON)
Controls the organization, direction, coordination, planning, and employment of communications resources in order to plan, install, operate, and maintain a comm network responsive to MAGTF operational requirements
SPE Cell/MCCC
Systems planning and engineering is the primary function of the MCCC and involves current and future operations as well as future plans in order to design, implement, and responsively adjust comm networks to satisfy operational requirements.
Systems Control (SYSCON)
Serves as a focal point for info regarding the health of the current network, maximizes the effectiveness of comm resources to meet operational demands, and remedies deficiencies and outages
Technical control (TECHON)
Means of exercising centralized, technical supervision and direction of the installation, operation, and maintenance of comm links, circuits, and systems
