Interoperable collection of systems, facilities and components developed by the services and agencies of US Gov (NSA) to automate planning, ordering, filing, generation, distribution, accountability, storage, usage, destruction and mgmt of EK and other types of COMSEC

Measures and controls taken to deny unauthorized individuals info derived from telecomms
Ensure authenticity of such telecomms
Includes crypto security, transmission security, emission security, physical security of COMSEC material
