Adderall XR
Generic name: amphetamine+dextroamphetamine
Amphetamine
Extended release capsules: 5mg, 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 25mg, 30mg
Taken once daily, in early morning, with or without food
Should be swallowed with water or milk
Capsules can be opened and beads inside capsule can be sprinkled on applesauce if taken immediately (do NOT crush beads)
Biphentin
Generic name: methylphenidate
Amphetamine
Extended release capsules: 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 30mg, 40mg, 50mg, 60mg, 80mg
Taken once daily, at breakfast
Auxiliary label: swallow whole, do not crush or chew
Concerta
Generic name: methylphenidate
Amphetamine
Extended release tablets: 18mg, 27mg, 36mg, 54mg
Take once daily, in the morning, with or without food
Should be swallowed whole with water, milk, or juice

Dexedrine

Non-amphetamine
Capsules: 10mg, 18mg, 25mg, 40mg, 60mg, 80mg, 100mg
Taken once or twice daily
