Mx appendicitis
obs abdo exam, urine dip, pregnancy test testicular exam access, bloods (FBC, UE, CRP, LFT, coag, G&s, blood cultures) IVI, antiemetic, analgesia, surg review Uss peritonitic - sepsis 6! NMB for surg review and poss lap appendicectomy
