giove up to 3 shocks

10ml 10% calcium carbonate - stabilise heart mm
- repeat at 5 min intervals until max 3 doses/ normal ECG
50ml 50% glucose with 10 units actrapid into large vv over 30mins

cause - large vols of glycine that is hypoosmolar (watery) causing hyponatraemia
