Describe the 3 stages of the cardiac cycle

A

1- blood flows into atria and ventricles, atrioventricular valves open, semi lunar valves close, relaxed ventricles
2- atria contracts to push remaining blood into ventricles, atrioventricular valves open, semi lunar closed, atria contracting
3- ventricles contract and thicken, atrioventricular valves close, semi lunar open
