Q

What was the test to find out which DNA replication was right?

A

Grow microbes in N15 (Nitrogen 15 isotope) then grow them in N14 then spin in centrifuge, A thick line of N14 sat on top whilst a thin line of N15 sat below his showed it semi conservative and conservitive
