3) Change once wound fluid has reached the edge of the absorbent pad ➔ This could be every day to every couple days

- Low Adherent Absorbent Pad Dressing (SandN Melolin): not waterproof
- Dry dressings: absorb exudate and thus do not promote optimal wound healing
