  5. Joint swelling

  7. Child is not rousable or does not stay awake (drowsy and unresponsive)
  8. Signs of dehydration
  9. Stiff neck, persistent headache, sensitive to light
  10. Temp is ≥39˚C in children aged 3-6 months and non-responsive to paracetamol/ibuprofen
  11. Persistent vomiting or diarrhea
  12. Respiratory rate decreases (problem breathing)
