Increased motor tone (tremor, muscle pain, tiredness, dysphagia)
Hypervigilance (irritability, poor concentration, easily startled)
What are the physical manifestations of depression?

Preoccupation with disease, fear of illness, persistent belief of unidentified disease

Chronic onset before 30

Signs mimic neurological disease with inconsistent signs
Patient not conscious of mechanism

Symptoms or loss of function

What are the features of chronic fatigue syndrome?
Multiple physical symptoms (fatigue, arthralgia, myalgia)
May overlap with other syndromes
Worse after exertion
What is non epileptic attack disorder?
Attacks that look like epilepsy but not caused by abnormal electrical activity in the brain
Drug resistant
