A
Actual or suspected severe haemorrhage.

Contraindication
A
Known allergy
Bleeding started more than 3 hours ago
Obvious haemorrhage resolution
PPH before the admin of an uterotonic unless trauma is suspected cause

A
IV/IO over 10 mins
