A
A potent diuretic with a rapid onset.

Indications
A
Pulmonary Oedema and or respiratory distress due to acute heart failure.

Contra indications
A
Reduced GC with liver cirrhosis
Cardiogenic Shock
Severe renal failure with anuria
Children < 18 yrs

A
Hypokalaemia
pregnancy
hypotensive patient

IV slow over 2 mins
