What is Tenecteplase?
A
Activates the fibrinolytic system inducing the breaking up of intravascular thrombi and emboli

Indications
A
Acute STEMI within 6 hours of symptom onset where PPCI is NOT readily available
Ensure patient meets criteria using JRCALC
