What do you do?
One of the occupants has a limited extradition warrant out of illinois for weapons offenses, also considered armed and dangerous.
What can you do?
People usually parked in parking lot for several hours may be doing drugs.
Question them on what they are doing.
Look for signs of drug use
Smell for signs of drug use

Run names
Stolen vehicle with subject in front seat. Parked at Dollar General. You’re by yourself in your vehicle. What are you do? 
Call for back up
Once back up arrives, it’s place spike strips behind the tires if they don’t see you
Do a high-risk traffic stop and call for emergency traffic
What area should you use when setting up spike strips?
- a place for cover/concealment for officer to keep them safe
- narrow road with few avenues to avoid strips
- don’t have your lights on, don’t let them see you and avoid you
If someone has a license plate cover that’s tinted, is it illegal?
