Fighting - 9.8.010 (A4)
Cause, provoke or engage in any fight, brawl or riotous conduct so as to endanger the life, limb, health or other property of another;
Accidental Discharge - 9.8.010 (A1)
1.Discharge any gun, pistol, revolver or any firearm of any description, or explode or set off any squib, firecracker, or other things containing powder or other combustible material or make any other improper noise calculated to disturb the peace of anyone in the area;
Violent Tumultuous To Persons - 9.8.010 (A5)
- Commit an act in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another whereby that other is placed in danger of his or her life, limb or health
Obscene/Abusive Language - 9.8.010 (A6)
6.Use profane, obscene or offensive provocative language directed toward another, or others, and calculated to provoke a breach of the peace. For purposes of this section, the term “provocative language” shall mean insulting or “fighting words” or those words by which their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
Indecent/Rude Behavior - 9.8.010 (A7)
7.Perform any act or gesture of rude, improper or indecent behavior, directed at another and calculated to provoke a breach of the peace;
Incite Riot - 9.8.010 (A8)
8.Incite or attempt to incite a riot. For purposes of this section, the term “riot” shall mean a tumultuous disturbance of the peace by persons assembled and acting with common intent to the terror of the people of the city, either in assemblage while executing a lawful enterprise in a violent or turbulent manner or in assemblage while executing an unlawful enterprise in a violent or turbulent manner;
Urinate in Public - 9.8.010 (A9)
9.Urinate in any public way or place which is public in nature or any place open to the public view.
Throw Stone or Missile - 9.8.010 (B1)
1.Throw any stone or other missile at any person, animal, vehicle, building or other private or public property;
Take or Carry Away - 9.8.010 (B2)
2.Take and carry away the personal goods of another person or public property without the consent of the owner or possessor;
Violent or Tumultuous to Property - 9.8.010(B4)
4.Commit an act in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another whereby the property of another person or public property is interfered with, damaged or destroyed, or placed in danger of being interfered with, damaged or destroyed.
Harassing, obscene or threatening communications - 9.08.020 (A1)
If he or she by use of a telephone or other electronic device communicates with another person and uses obscene, lewd or profane language or suggests a lewd or lascivious act with intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend;

1.By repeated telephone calls or through repeated electronic communications, he or she disturbs the peace, quiet or privacy of persons where the calls or communications were received; or

2.He or she by use of a telephone or other electronic device communicates with a person and threatens to:
a. Inflict death to the person, to the person’s immediate family or to anyone at the school in which the person is a student or employee; or
b. Inflict injury or physical harm to the person, to the person’s immediate family or to property of the person.
C. A crime under this section is committed at the place where the calls or other electronic communications either originated or were received.
9.08.100 - Loitering Near School
A person is guilty of loitering when he or she:
A. Loiters or remains in or about a school not having any reason or relationship involving custody of or responsibility for a pupil or student, or any other specific, legitimate reason for being there, and not having written permission from anyone authorized to grant the same
