Fax PC AFF Procedures
Use printer machine in Records. Place PC AFF on machine to scan. Hit email button and put your work email in. It will then email you your PC. Then forward PC AFF email with PC AFF to this email 3076334771@fax.cheyennecity.biz . This email is for the jail.
PC Affidavit Criteria
PC’s criteria: From D.A.
The victim’s name, verses using “the owner”
Any sex crimes, need two PC’s. One full and one redacted with initials and YOB. Ex:
Sara James- S.J. (YOB: 1976)
Make, model and value of the vehicle or property stolen or destroyed
Correct name spelling, correct YOB
Booking sheet dates, name and case #s all match
Making sure to state if something was actually cut off and in possession. Example: catalytic converter was cut from the 2019 GMC Chevrolet Duramax, valued at $900.00,
Duramax valued at $45,000.00
PC’s on Monday morning. We need the PC (if the defendant was arrested on Friday) as soon as possible. Our written charging docs have to be filed at the court by 9:45am.
Monday- 9:45am
Tuesday 9:15am
Wednesday- 9:45am
Thursday 1:30pm
Friday 1:00pm
If we have no PC, the defendant is released.
Subpoena’s. Officers not responding to subpoena emails. Are we emailing the Officer
and Set still or does this process need to change?
Dismiss city citation
Email Monique McBride and Lupe Santos, request dismissal or amendment,
Go into Lerms,
Tickets and citations
Ticket search
Search by suspect name
And then find ticket
