A

as rapidly and safely as possible without lights/siren.
 Cease radio transmission and shut off cell phones within one block of the reported incident.
 Upon arrival, contact a person of authority and determine if a search has beeninitiated.
 If a search has not been initiated, recommend that the management of the location start a
search of both the interior and exterior of the building, utilizing members of their organization in
areas in which they are familiar, emphasizing that if a suspicious device is found, they should
immediately notify on-scene officers and not to touch or move the device
