Some of us is converted into other substances that are lost as waste
Glucose is used in respiration and produces lots of ways carbon dioxide and water urea is another waste product
How to calculate the efficiency of biomass transfer
Efficiently = biomass transferred to the next level / biomass available at the previous level x 100
