Q

What did Mendel share about the height characteristics in pea plants

Q

What is three important conclusions did Mendel reach

A

Characteristics implants were determined by hereditary units
hereditary units are passed on to offspring unchanged from both parents one unit from each parent

Q

What did Mendel’s work lead to

A

Scientist realising that they were striking similarities in the way the chromosomes and Mendels units acted
based on this it was proposed that units were found on the chromosomes and are now called genes
the structure of DNA was created
