A
submandibular: Largest cell with mucous acini srounded by serous cells that forms a semilunar cap.

A
Teh goblet cell are unstained and white because it is filled with mucous secretion which is not stained by HE

A
stains the mucous secretion to purple, while other tissue remains purple

A
selectivley stains the mucipolysaccharides. Other tissue remains grayish
