a form of dismissal. it happens when employers need to reduce their workforce and so a position no longer exists

what is grievance?
employee makes formal complaint to manager’s boss as manager isn’t solving a problem
what is an employment tribunal?
the judicial body with responsibility for workplace justice, being the main forum for deciding disputes between workers and employers
