우리가 sampling을 통해 얻은 값들이 가지는 분포가 **얼마나 믿을수있는지 알고 싶으니까 **이 sampling 의 분포의 표준 편차를 구해보자. 그게 표준 오차인 Standard error 이다.

표준 편차는 그럼 뭔가? 이건 평균으로 부터 얼마나 얼마나 떨어져 있는가를 나타내늗 단위 : 170센티가 키 평균이규 표준편차가 5센티이면 +2표준편차는 180센티인거지.
