- accomodatin : 가까이서 보려고 하네. (accommodation은 가까이꺼를 보랴고할때. 멀리볼땐 relased eye 라고 함)
- pupil constriction: Light 들 많에 L/R도 하고
- 렌즈 열고 있네. eyelid opening => leavator palpebrae 에 innvervation 하므로 damage 시 ptosis

glaucoma & IICP 때 사용하는 약의 기전
Acetazolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.
PCT에서 carbonic ahhydase의 원래 일은 CO2 와 물을 H+ + HCO3- 로 만들어서 HCO3-는 재흡수하고 H+는 소변으로 버리는것.
=> 억제하면 metabolic acidosis가 된다.
원래 carbonic anhydrase 가 하는일은
It works primarily by blocking the actions of carbonic anhydrase in the proximal convoluted tubule, leading to reduced excretion of acidic protons into the urine. As a result, acetazolamide increases blood acidity levels, causing a metabolic acidosis.
glaucoma & IICP 때 사용하는 약의 기전

안과적 검사 상 특별한 이상을 발견할 수 없는데 교정시력(안경이나 콘택트렌즈 등으로 교정한 시력)이 잘 나오지 않는 상태로, 시력표에서 양쪽 눈의 시력이 두 줄 이상 차이가 있을 때 시력이 낮은 쪽을 약시라고 한다.
대부분 편측의 strasbismus - 사시가 동반.

thyroid 가 hypertrophy - hyperthyroidism 이 될수도 안되고 그냥 compressio 만 될수도
=> 대부분은 iodine 이 부족한 지역에서 발생. 그래서 iodine salt 같은게 있는 거!!!
근데 목이 아닌 sturnum 뒤쪽에서 커지면 trachea , esophagus and vascular ring 을 누르지! => retrosternal goiter는 무조건 제거
