Q

During a ‘climb via’ clearance when are altimeters set to STD?

Q

When are the altimeters set to QNH on a ‘descend via’ arrival?

Q

What fuel figure is recorded in the tech log after arrival?

A

The Remaining Fuel entered in the AML is read directly from the ECAM FOB total. The amount in kilos must be entered in the box provided using the lowest units which can be read from the gauges. (e.g. enter 9 980 kg. Do not enter 10.0 or 9.98).
