Some classes are expesnive or require big payments in advance. Some classed may be far away or the timings do not work with your schedule
However they play a huge role in health and wellbeing as it improves all aspects of health (physical, emotional and social)

Works mainly on cardiovascular fitness. Develops strength, muscular endurance and flexability.

A

A series of core stability exercises focusing in the quality rather than the quantity. Less vigorous but works on the range of movement. Also focuses on correct breathing, relaxation and stress resuction
Works on the body and the mind
Develops a range of fitness, but not vigorous such as aerobic and anaerobic
Develops muscular endurance and flexability, with some strength
