A

A

A

A

Manual is when the coach is helping you learn the skill e.g. the coach moving a defenders body into position to help them jockey

A

Where the coach uses equipment e.g. the coach using the trampolining ropes to help you learn to do a somersault

A

A

Feedback comes from an outside source such as parent or coach and motivates you to do better

A

When the feedback is given during the game. The coach pulls you aside during practise so that the error can be acted on immediatly

When feedback is given at the end of the game
