What is cardiovascular fitness
The ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time
What is muscular strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistence
What is muscular endurance
The ability to use volentury muscles repeatedly without getting tired
What is flexability
The range of motion of your joint
What is body composition
The percentage of body weight that is muscle fat or bone
What is agility
The ability to change position and control the body at speed
What is balance
The ability to keep the body stable whilst at rest or on the move
What is co-ordination
The ability to use 2 or more body parts together
What is power
The ability to undertake strength performences quickly
Power = strength x speed
What is speed
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance
What is reaction time
The time between a stimulas and a movement in response to it
