What does the 12 min Cooper run test?
Cardiovascular fitness
What is the protocol for the 12 minute Cooper run?
Run for 12 minutes around the course, normally marked by cones for example 50 m and you run as many laps as you can in under 12 minutes. You then calculate your score under the table of data
What does the Harvard step test test

What’s the protocol for the Harvard step test?
Step on an off a 45 meter high bench every two seconds for five minutes. Keep regular pace so that you step on and off every two seconds maintaining 150 steps in five minutes.
What does the hand grip strength test test?
Muscular strength in your hand
What is the protocol for the hand grip test?
I use a hand grip dynamoter with your strongest hand, squeeze as tightly as possible. Take three recordings and record your best score.
What does the one minute press up test test?
Muscular endurance
What is the protocol for the one minute press up test
Perform the maximum amount of press ups under one minutes with your partner recording your score
What does the one minute sit up test test?
Abdominal muscular endurance
What is the protocol for the one minute sit up test
Perform the maximum amount of situps for one minute with your partner, timing and recording your score
What is the 30 meter sprint test test?
Speed?
What is the protocol for the 30 meter sprint test
Work with partner and Mark out 30 meter distance, then run as fast as you can from one side to the other with your partner recording the time

What is the protocol for the vertical/Sergeant jump test?
Chalk your fingers, then reach up and touch the wall as high as you can measure how high you can jump in three attempts
