A

Run for 12 minutes around the course, normally marked by cones for example 50 m and you run as many laps as you can in under 12 minutes. You then calculate your score under the table of data

A

Step on an off a 45 meter high bench every two seconds for five minutes. Keep regular pace so that you step on and off every two seconds maintaining 150 steps in five minutes.

Either standard sit and reach box or sit down with legs, straight facing against bench, measure how far you can reach beyond your toes. If you cannot reach beyond your toes, then it is a zero (which is average).
