What is the saggital plane
Divides the bodys from top to bottom resulting in a left and right side
What is a frontal plans
Divides the bodys from top to bottom resulting in front and back sections
What is a transverse plane
Divides the body across the middle of the bodys horizontally resulting in a top and bottom section
What plane would a summersalt be in
Frontal as you abduct and adduct
What plane would a cartwheel be in
Saggital plane as ypu come across from one side to another, flexion and extension
What is the frontal axis
Runs from side to side, formed by the intersection of the frontal and transverse planes
What is the saggital axis
Runs from front to back, formed by the intersection of the saggital and tansverse planes
What is the vertical axis
Runs from top to bottom, formed by the intersection of the sagittal and frontal planes
