CVF
The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time
Eg football game requires cvf
Muscular strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert againgst a resistance
Power lifting requires you to lift heave weights
Muscular endurance
The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired
For example lifting 15 reps of 60nkg is muscular endurance
Flexibility
The range of motion of your joints
Eg a tennis player stretching to do a backhand shot requiresnflexibility in your hips
Body composition
The percentage of body weight that is muscle bone fat
Eg a rugby player may look big but has a high muscle percentage
BMI
You can calculate your BMI by taking your weight in kg and dividing it by your height in m squared
