Health is the state of complete emotional, psychological ,physical and social well-being.
What is the definition of fitness
Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment
How does health link the fitness
For a sportsman it means being in the right emotional/psychological and physical shape to do what your sport requires of you
What is the definition of exercise
Exercise is any activity that needs physical effort
How does exercise link to health and fitness
Fitness-The more exercise you do the more your body will be able to cope with the demands of the environment
Health- exercise releases serotonin which makes you happy

Performance- is the action or process of doing something
By doing exercise what can you avoid
