What is a first class lever and give an example

A

Where the fulcrum is in the middle and the load and the effort are on different sides. Moving the hear up and down. Would be useful when heading a football

What is a second class lever and give an example

A

The heel joint where the fulcrum is at one side the load is in the middle and the effort is on the side. Used for a calf raise
