What is circuit training

Exerting a force against a resistance for a number of reps or sets
What is plyometric training
Exercises in which muscles exert maximum force for short periods of time
What is Continuous training
Is steady training (aerobic)
There is no rest periods
Working the entire body for long periods of time
Improves cardio vascular fitness
Must be in the training threshold (60-80%)
