signes cliniques et imagerie.
dlr, arrêt GAZ et matières, météorisme, vomissements.
- haute = grele, AEG rapide, desH, NHA multiples larges>hauts centraux pile d’assiette, valvules conniventes
- basse = colorectale, BEG, NHA rare, periph hauts>larges, haustrations

strangulation = urgence brutal, sans prodrome vomissements precoces, silence auscult.
suite a compression vascularitions des anses did
- necrose/ischémie = urg chir ==> choc/IR/hyperK.
obstruction
- pré-occlusive = Sd Koenig. BHA+++ + debacle
- reflux vomissement = diminue hyperP mais 3eme secteur ==> desH/tb hydroelec + risque IR.
bio = hemoconcentration, hypoNa + alcalose metab + possible infection par transloc.

interro, EClinique. +pose SNG/VVP.
- pas de souffrance = ASP/TDM AP.
souffrance = chir urgente + possible conversion/stomie.

basse = volvulus colon pelvien = agé+++ ttt = detorsion endoscopique.

- tumeur grele. rare
- ileus biliaire = tres rare. compila cholécystite.
- sténose bénigne = nbx causes. cède au ttt med +/- aspi SNG.
basse
- K colorectal. insidieux, coloscopie CI. diag = scan+PC rectal. sténose courte excentrée + anomalie muqueuse.
- fécalome = systematiq devant vieux. TR
-Sd Ogilvie/colectasie aiguë idiopathique = ASP distension gazeuse du cadre colique. sans obstacle organique.
