- Control Rate (CCB, beta blocker, digoxin)
- Control Rhythm (cardiovert, ibutilide, dofetilidie)
- Anticoagulate (ASA, warfarin, pradaxa, plavix)
Tx of SVT
Control ventricular rate: Adenosine (1st choice), verapamil, dilt, esmolol
Tx of VT
Acute: Cardiovert +/- epi, amiodarone
Long term: beta blocker, amiodarone, AICD
Tx of Torsades
Correct electrolytes, IV mag, IV isoproterenol (beta agonist)
