how is it managed?
A
small tumour < 3cm - surveillance in elderly unfit patients - ablation techniques in fit elderly patients - selected younger patients large tumour > 3cm - partial nephrectomy - radical nephrectomy large tumours - radical nephrectomy - laproscopic
