Metabolised by the liver and excreted by the kidneys

A
Treatment or prophylaxis of nausea/vomiting for:
- Motion sickness
- Vertigo
- Planned areomedical evacuation
- Headache irrespective of nausea/vomiting
- Known allergy or contraindication to Metoclopramide administration

- Previous hypersensitivity
- CNS depression
- Circulatory collapse
- Children

- Hypotension
- Epilepsy
- Pts effected by alcohol or on anti-depressants
