Sedate to facilitate intubation

Known hypersensitivity

Oral Amiodarone Pt's on MAO inhibitors Respiratory depression, e.g. COPD Impaired renal/hepatic function Current asthma Known addiction to narcotics Elderly patients Rhinitis, rhinorrhea or facial trauma (IN)
