Presentation of Aspirin
300mg tablet
Pharmacology of Aspirin
Analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory & antiplatelet aggregation agent
Pharmacology of Aspirin (actions)
Reduces platelet aggregation

Metabolism of Aspirin
Converted to Salicylate in the gut mucosa and liver, excreted mainly by the kidneys
Aspirin Indications
