What are the 3 common symptoms of Horner’s Syndrome?
Ptosis- drooping lower eyelid
Miosis- constriction of pupil
Anhydrosis- failure to sweat
What causes Horner’s?
Whiplash, smoking, asbestos, pancoast tumors
Characterized by increased resistance to airflow during expiration (prolonged expiration)
COPD
Known as a “blue bloater” has a chronic cough, blood-streaked sputum, wheezing, dyspnea
Chronic Bronchitis
Curschmann’s Spirals, Charcot’s Laden Crystals, known for bronchial spasm
