WBC casts, bilateral, inflammation of the renal pelvis
Pyelonephritis
Prolonged protein permeability (proteinuria & hypoalbuminemia)
Nephrotic Syndrome
What are the 3 Upper Tract Infections
Glomerulo Nephritis, Phelonephritis, Nephrotic Syndrome
Common female infection, urgency, frequency, and burning (or prostate enlargement)
Cystitis aka bladder infection
What are the two lower tract infections (LTI)

E. coli bacterial agent, most common cause, could lead to scarring
Urethritis
Infection of the GI / GU region of the female. Follows genitourinary infections
Pelvic Inflammatory disease
Chlamydia Trachomatis is the infective agent, patient can experience abdominal pain
STD’s
enlargement of the lateral lobe, increase OR decreased urination & painful dysuria
Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy
Inflammation of prostate gland, infective agent gram negative bacteria, chills, fever, urinary frequency, urgency & low back pain
Prostatitis
Most commonly occurs in POSTERIOR lobe
Greater risk in Men over 50
In the end process of disease - urethral obstruction, hematuria, pyuria & BLASTIC metastasis to the pelvis &lumbar spine
Prostate Cancer
Abnormal protrusion of tissue, May need surgery to prevent strangulation of testes
Inguinal Hernia

Direct hernia is into the?
Scrotum
Inflammation of the glans penis & prepuce
Balanitis
Testicular inflammation, can happen with mumps in older men
Orchitis
