Sitting forward may relieve the pain
Nausea, Vomiting 
Bloating
Steatorrhoea
Weight loss, loss of appetite 
Indigestion

Management of acute pancreatitis

A

IV fluids, oxygen, pain relief
Antibiotics - if infection present
Nutrition - Oral, enteral
Gallstones present - ERCP, cholecysectomy
