- 10 Units in 1ml Ampule.
Metabolized.
- By the liver and excreted by the Kidneys.

- Primary Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPPH)
Contraindications (SCHE)
- Hypersensitivity
- Cord prolapse
- Exclude Multiple pregnancy
- Severe Toxemia (Pre- Eclampsia)

Side Effects
- Tachycardia
- Bradycardia
- Nausea
Precautions
- If given IV may cause transient Hypotension
- Concurrent use of Methoxyflurane may cause hypotension.
