Explain the process for a ULS departure?

A
  1. Brief OGE dep PWP with nominated take-off power
  2. Lift - Confirm positive RoC
  3. Scan the search light to visually clear obstacles
  4. Once at flyaway: Set take-off power and 2ºND on PFD
    • If obstacles no longer visible say: “on instruments”
  5. At 60KIAS set 2-3 NU on the PFD to capture 65KIAS

Steady red: Give way and continue circling/stop taxiing
