Tram track Calcium on opposing gyri, a sign of Sturge-Weber

Bilateral parallel cortical calcifications in a 4 year old girl with Sturge Weber syndrome. The calcifications are distributed in a “gyriform” pattern. These patients classically present with a “port wine stain” (large red macule in the ocular area) and nervous system abnormalities. Many present initially present with epilepsy.
