Diaphoresis, cold clammy skin, and restlessness

What is one of the reasons why patients have silent MI?
Diabetes causes neuropathy leading to a decreased feeling of pain
What is the painkiller DOC for MI patients?
Morphine sulfate
What should the nurse WOF when giving morphine sulfate?
Respiratory depression
What is the antidote to morphine sulfate?
Naloxone
What are other management techniques for MI patients?
- High flow O2
- Nitroglycerin
