a naturopathic doctor studies holistic and nontoxic approaches to therapy with a strong emphasis on disease prevention and optimizing wellness.
What is the difference between a doctor of medicine and a doctor of osteopathy?
An D.O can do the same as an M.D which is prescribe medications, therapies and have admitting privileges at hospitals but a D.O also has instruction and practicum in osteopathic manipulation.
