Le test d’alcoolemie est obligatoire, mais un conducteur ne peut pas etre sanctionne encas d’absence du test dans le vehicule

Seule l’assurance “Responsibilite civile” (dite “au tiers”) est obligatoire. Elle couvre uniquement les dommages materiels et corporels causes a des tiers (pas les votres)

Le constat amiable sert a etre indemnise selon les responsabilites et les garanties de contrat d’assurance.

Si un accident concerne plusieurs vehicules, faites un constat avec chaque conducteur implique
If an accident involves several vehicles, make a report with each driver involved
Le constat amiable doit etre envoye dans les 5 jours ouvres a votre compagnie d’assurance: “je ne mets pas plus d’une semaine de travail a envoyer mon constat”
The amicable report must be sent within 5 working days to your insurance company: “I will not take more than a week of work to send my report”

Des 1m a l’arriere = dispositif retroreflechissant (tout le temps) et feux rouges (la nuit)

Duree d’obtention du permis a12 points sans infraction:
1. Pour le permis probatoire classique ou en conduite supervisee: 2 points chaque annee sur 3 ans.
2. Pour le permis probatoire en conduite accompagnee: 3 points chaque annee sur 2 ans
Duration of obtaining the a12 point license without violation:
1. For the classic probationary license or supervised driving: 2 points each year over 3 years.

La perte d’un point sur le permis de conduire est automatiquement recuperee 6 mois apres si aucune autre infraction n’a ete commise
