Tx empirique meningite bacterienne selon age

A

<1 mois: ampi + cefotaxime
1-3 mois: ampi + cefotaxime
>3 mois: vanco + ceftriaxone +- ampi (si >50 ans, ROH, immunosup)
*adulte: Dexamethasone IV 20 min avant ou c 1r dose ATB
** ne pas retarder ATB pour PL ou CT
