A

Admision
Bed rest (sitting)
Monitoring to IOP (with or without prophylaxis antiglaucoma)
Prophylaxis topical steroid, ABs, mydriatic, and Cycloplegics.
paracentesis in sevre case
Anti-fibrinolytic to prevent 2ry hyphema
